Your environment has a profound impact on your well-being. Our final week is all about evaluating how the spaces you inhabit make you feel. Is your social media draining your energy and self-esteem? It's time to clean it up. Is your home causing you stress and overwhelm? Let's declutter and create a harmonious space. Are toxic relationships draining your energy? It's time to establish healthy boundaries. I'll guide you through the mindset needed to do this with ease.
In week three, you will focus on ditching the rigid workout routines + moving because you "should." I will help you replace that mindset by rediscovering the joy of moving your body from a place of gratitude and respect. Movement is a gift, not an item on our to-do list. I'll help you shift your brain so exercise feels fun + free again.

The answer to why I created this course is simple: I don’t want to get to my deathbed and have regret that I lived the life expected of me, rather than the life that felt most true. I spent a lot of my life checking the boxes I thought I *should* check, but the more boxes I checked, the more trapped, inauthentic and unsure I felt. I realized I was a passenger to my own life.
I had to take an honest look inward at habits, beliefs, ambitions and even the people I was allowing in my life. As I did, it got messy and hard. But, on the other side of that hard was a brand new life. One full of confidence, joy, resilience and PEACE.
In these four weeks I am going to lay out my road map, giving you the shortcuts to this internal transformation, so that you, too, can start living a life that FEELS got, not just one that looks good.

The live calls will generally be every Wednesday at 5pm PST/6pm MST/7pm CST/8pm EST. All lessons will be delivered live during these interactive training sessions, and the replays will be sent out if you can't make them live.

A lot of our thought patterns have been inside of us for decades, so it is going to take a lot of work to unlearn some of the beliefs your brain has come to know so well.
I have been on this journey for five+ years and still my brain sometimes presents me with difficult thoughts.
BUT, I can guarantee you will have every single tool you need to do this work! And I PROMISE: IT WORKS IF YOU WORK IT.
Been there. I was my own biggest enemy for so long, I couldn't even fathom thinking I was good or lovable. But, how you think about yourself now is just that: THOUGHTS. And thoughts ARE optional. I'm going to walk you through step-by-step how to recognize your thoughts, and then shift them to ones that serve you better.
